How do I order fonts on this website?
The checkout process here is very simple and is completed at PayPal’s secured website. After processing your payment there, you will receive e-mail (to the e-mail address provided during checkout) with receipt of your order and a link, where you can immediately download your purchased fonts. The provided link will stay valid for 12 hours. (Please check your spam or junk mailboxes too, to be sure that email did not end up in there)
Important: Please note that if your payment is pending (being processed) at PayPal, it might take few hours or, in case of bank-transfer, a couple of days. As soon as your payment is processed, we will send you an e-mail containing a link to download your purchased fonts.
What are the payment options?
We currently accept payments only via PayPal. You can pay either using your PayPal account or with standard credit/debit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Expres, …).
Will the fonts work on my Mac / PC?
Yes, all our fonts are in Open Type format and work on both Mac and PC. Mac OS X, Windows 2000, Windows XP and Windows Vista all provide native support for Open Type fonts. Adobe Type Manager or similar software is required for users with Mac OS 8 or 9 and Windows 95.
How do I install your fonts?
Please refer to the installation instructions of your operating system. Users of Mac OS X may install fonts by copying or dragging font files to any of the standard Fonts folders in Mac OS X. Users of Windows Vista or Windows XP may install purchased fonts using the Fonts Control Panel.
Can I use your fonts on the web or embed them in Flash files?
Embedding fonts in Flash or similar applications and/or their use on public computer networks and web is not allowed by terms of our standard EULA (as this offers no protection whatsoever, and downloads complete copies of the font to each user that visits such a website).
Please note: WE CURRENTLY DO NOT GRANT ANY LICENSES FOR EMBEDDING OUR FONTS ON WEBSITES. The reason is that no technical solution yet (Cufon, SIFR, @font-face, …) guarantees the level of protection we require for our fonts. Therefore the only possibility at this point is to use images of text rendered in the desired typeface, as we do on our website. We are in the process of developing suitable solution of web font embedding for our fonts (scheduled to be launched and implemented in 2013).
The font I purchased does not seem to work, can I get a refund?
Please contact us within 30 days of the date of purchase if you experience any issues with the downloaded font and we will resupply the font files free of charge. However, we do NOT offer returns and/or refunds.
Can you provide test versions of your fonts?
Unfortunately we can not provide test versions of our fonts. However, check out the Try mode of this website if you want to test particular font with your text.
Can I purchase the fonts that are ‘not available’ yet?
These fonts are for various reasons (being in development, having exclusive rights etc.) not available for licensing at the moment. For updated information please follow news on the website.
